Ingredients
Waffles With Chocolate Cream Choc-chip And Chocolate Sauce

* 200g of dark chocolate

25g * COPh

* 200 ml thickened cream, lightly mounted

* 2 cups (300g) self-raising flour

* 1 teaspoon baking soda

1 tablespoon cocoa powder quality

3 tablespoons powdered sugar

* 2 eggs, separated

* 1 1 / 2 cups (375ml) milk

* 90g unsalted butter, melted

* 150 g strawberries, hull, halved

Method

Waffles With Chocolate Cream Choc-chip And Chocolate Sauce
1. Pique 150g chocolate and place in a saucepan with COPh. Stir over low heat until melted and mixture is smooth therefore, set aside. Chop the remaining 50g of chocolate. Stir the cream through. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

2. Sift flour, baking soda and cocoa into a bowl and add sugar. Beat the egg yolks, milk and butter until smooth. In another bowl, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form, then use a metal spoon, gently mix the egg whites.

3. Preheat a waffle iron supply. Pour enough to cover the base of the iron and cook according to manufacturer's instructions. Repeat with remaining dough.

Serve with waffles fourth Choc chip cream, chocolate sauce and strawberries.
